single-cell pseudobulk differential expression analyses. Fits
an edgeR quasi-likelihood model to each cell type and repeats
the analysis after omitting each donor. Links planned donor
omissions to design checks, fit outcomes and observed
gene-effect changes. Provides descriptive summaries of
donor-deletion sensitivity together with the coverage of valid
effects.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/biocstaging/actions/runs/37810543335</link><pubDate>Thu, 08 Oct 2026 09:42:54 GMT</pubDate><r:package>scDonorAudit</r:package><r:version>0.99.9</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://biocstaging.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/BiocStaging/scDonorAudit</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>scDonorAudit.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>scDonorAudit.html</r:filename><r:title>Auditing donor influence in pseudobulk analysis</r:title><r:created>2026-09-29 08:04:11</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-06 10:52:47</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[emr-27] detectPanel 0.1.3</title><author>emr39515@gmail.com (Fuhao Jiang)</author><description>Discovers small binary-classification biomarker panels
from count or expression matrices while prioritizing
detectability, expression stability, and univariate
discrimination. Candidate filtering and panel selection can be
repeated inside nested cross-validation to reduce information
leakage. The package provides shared resampling splits,
exhaustive small-panel search, logistic model fitting with an
automatic ridge fallback for unstable separation-prone fits,
out-of-fold evaluation, selection-frequency summaries, and
optional 'DESeq2' differential-expression support. The nested
model-selection workflow follows Varma and Simon (2006)
&lt;doi:10.1186/1471-2105-7-91&gt;, and the optional
differential-expression analysis uses Love, Huber, and Anders
